Songira ("Company", "we", "us") is operated by Nexura Systems SRL, registered in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. We operate the website songira.com and provide AI-generated song creation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service.

When you place an order, we collect:

• Recipient's name and occasion details you provide
• Personal story or details submitted for song generation
• Your email address (for delivery)
• Payment confirmation and transaction ID (processed via our payment provider)
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, and operating system
• Order timestamp and communication logs (e.g. delivery confirmation)
• If you leave a review through our Telegram bot (@Songira_bot): your Telegram user ID, your rating, the review text and the signature you choose
• Usage data (pages visited, clicks, purchases), only if you accept analytics cookies

We also count page views on our server in aggregate — without cookies and without storing IP addresses — to see how many people visit the site.

We use collected data to:

• Generate and deliver your custom song
• Process payments and prevent fraud (including chargeback evidence, see our Terms of Service)
• Respond to support requests
• Improve our service and troubleshoot technical issues
• Publish your review on our website, only with your explicit consent, including automatic translations into our other site languages
• Measure site usage and sales, only with your consent to analytics cookies

We process your data based on: performance of a contract (order fulfillment), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent (where applicable, e.g. analytics cookies, publication of your review, marketing communications). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (e.g. Paddle) to complete transactions
• Email delivery providers to send your song
• AI service providers that create your song's lyrics, music and cover art, and translate reviews you agree to publish (e.g. OpenAI, Kie.ai)
• Telegram, when you use our review bot
• Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies
• Law enforcement or payment networks, if required to resolve disputes or chargebacks

Songs, covers and gift pages. The song files and cover images we create for you, and the private gift page that plays them, are kept for 30 days after the song is delivered to your email. After that we delete them from our servers and the gift page link stops working. The MP3 attached to your delivery email is yours to keep.

Your story and the lyrics. The story you submit, the generated lyrics and the technical details of your order (IP address and browser) are deleted 45 days after the order.

Order records. We keep order records (order number, email address, package, payment and delivery status, and timestamps) for up to 3 years to handle refunds, chargebacks and legal obligations. These records do not include the song files, your story or the lyrics.

Technical logs. Our servers keep technical logs (such as IP addresses, order numbers, error codes and timestamps — but no song files, stories or lyrics) to keep the service running and secure. They are rotated and deleted automatically, usually within 30 days. Our service providers keep their own logs under their own policies.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)

We use industry-standard measures (encryption, secure servers) to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We use strictly necessary storage to remember your language, sound setting and cookie choice. These are always active.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) are used only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of our home page, or disable cookies in your browser settings.

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
